Service Provider Guidelines

1. Onboarding and Verification

Providers must upload valid documentation (e.g., business registration and official ID) to activate their business profiles. Verification will initially be manual, with a view to automating this process in the future.

2. Booking Fulfillment

• Providers must honor all confirmed bookings.
• Booked customers should be given priority, provided they arrive on time.
• Services must be delivered as described in listings.

UrbanWish will manage customer disputes between providers and users.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Users must cancel at least 24 hours before their scheduled appointment to be eligible for a refund.
• Bookings made within 24 hours of the service time are non-refundable.
• Providers may cancel bookings up to 6 hours in advance, with a valid reason. In such cases, the user will be fully refunded.
• Payments will be held in escrow and remitted to the provider's account 24 hours after the scheduled service, allowing time for disputes.

4. Content and Listing Standards

• Providers are responsible for uploading accurate business information, pricing, and visuals.
• Listings go live automatically once all minimum required information is submitted.

UrbanWish reserves the right to remove listings that:

• Violate quality standards
• Contain fraudulent or misleading information
• Are found to breach any UrbanWish policies

5. Grounds for Suspension or Removal

The following may result in temporary or permanent suspension:

• Consistently low user ratings
• No-shows or poor service
• Misrepresentation or fraud
• Inappropriate behavior or abuse toward users

6. Reviews and Feedback

• Users may leave reviews of services received.
• Providers cannot respond to user reviews.
• UrbanWish moderates reviews to remove abusive or inappropriate content.

7. Acceptance

By registering as a provider, you agree to follow these guidelines in full. Failure to do so may result in suspension or permanent delisting.
