2. Bookings and Accounts

• Bookings can be made as a guest.
• An account is required to gift or redeem digital vouchers.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Refunds are processed automatically where eligible.
• Refunds are not guaranteed for services booked within 24 hours of the scheduled time.

4. User Conduct

We reserve the right to suspend or ban users who:

• Abuse or harass service providers
• Leave false or malicious reviews
• Violate booking or cancellation rules

5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved through local arbitration in accordance with Nigerian law.

UrbanWish does not link to or endorse external third-party websites.

7. Modifications

We may revise these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
